Session #1 Community Pulse Check

Umbrella Updates & Community Pulse Check
Monday 11 May 2020

Umbrella invited local artists to join our first Creative Industries session. Umbrella's Director and staff spoke about Umbrella's current program, opportunities for artists and audiences, and enabling questions and comments as a pulse check for our members and the North Queensland arts community. We wanted to hear and gauge how artists and the community were coping during the unprecedented period of isolation, and to respond to these needs.

Please note this webinar was not recorded.

Creative Industries received generous support from the Regional Arts Development Fund in 2020.  The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and the Townsville City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
