Rebecca Dainer

Vanity Field

The headless figure walks through a field of thorns unaffected by their sting as she makes the decision of which head to wear for the day. With so much pressure put on appearance in today’s society, it’s no wonder some people become vain. If it was really that simple to change our heads would we be satisfied with the unfamiliar face we see in the mirror. Being truly happy with our appearance is learning to love what we have and knowing how to work with it.
