How it has changed
Since coming to Australia in 1986, I have been residing in Sydney. I started printmaking whilst studying for my Fine Arts course in 1993. I really enjoyed printmaking. The manifestation of the birth of a print is always shown through the multifaceted process and meticulous technique involved. The excitement of the new birth of every print is always an amazing moment where perfection is sought every time. How has it changed? is a 12 x 12cm computer print on transparency and woodblock print. It depicts the world climate under the influence of global warming. We see more frequent storms, droughts, fire and floods. The time has come to raise the awareness of this very important issue, to protect our environment and to stop this destruction. We have a duty to our children to leave them a wonderful world to live in and enjoy.
