On Second Thoughts

My work predominantly deals with the interpretation of the female form. Drawings from the life model inform and provide a motif for my work. I seek to translate the vitality and uncontrived space of these drawing experiences through the process of printmaking. This search for identity through image-making is infiltrated by disparate and fleeting thoughts of strength, monumentality, stoicism, structure, power, empathy, warmth, longing, vitality and vulnerability.
