Tussock

A tussock is a natural collection of grass plants; they grow together resembling one plant but are multiple plants in one grouping. The Mitchell Grass tussock, native to north west Queensland grows in the naturally occurring, open black soil plains. This tussock from a drought has been kicked out of the ground. Its composite pieces might be part of an ancient plant. As such it represents the reoccurrences of the land.
