Aine Scannell

White Lie

One stitched together bear wandering alone in a symbolic landscape that’s gradually melting beneath her feet. Many a polar bear mother finds herself swimming across ever larger expanses of water to reach solid ice from which she can hunt food for herself + her cubs – that is if they’ve survived the crossing. Though she is not, we ARE in a position to contribute towards slowing down this melting ice, for her, for us + our lovely planet.
